Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited options can arrive in 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact our support team before sending anything back.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can update your shipping address by contacting our support team immediately at support@pokemoncards.us. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the delivery address.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately with the correct address. If it has already shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to request an address correction.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to international customers in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. In some cases—such as when you order multiple items from different categories—your order may arrive in separate packages to ensure safe and timely delivery.
