At PokemonCards.us, we want every Trainer to be completely satisfied with their order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used trading cards and collectibles
Gift cards or promotional items
Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pokemoncards.us with:

A photo of the product and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Return address details will be provided once your return is authorized. Please do not send items back without approval, as this may delay your refund.
Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
