At PokemonCards.us, we are committed to delivering your favorite Pokémon cards and collectibles quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and deliver orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $200 before tax.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and some international locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has left our warehouse.
Multiple Shipments
Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, if an order contains multiple items or large products, items may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each package.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected events such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain issues may impact delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pokemoncards.us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
If your package is lost in transit, reach out to our support team, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
